Beef homekill processing

You receive the same array of beef meat cuts and tasty smallgood options made onsite by The Butcher’s Block team with both the standard and premium processing options for homekill beef. However the premium option has all cuts vacuum-packed which allows for longer storage in top condition.

Salami made with homekill beefThe STANDARD processing fee is $1.75 per kilo (with a minimum butchery fee of $250 per beast) plus the per kilo prices for the selected smallgoods.

The PREMIUM processing fee is $2.15 per kilo (with a minimum butchery fee of $250 per beast) plus the per kilo prices for the selected smallgoods. [See full homekill and game price list.]

The meat cuts you receive are:

  • Eye fillet
  • Scotch fillet
  • Sirloin steaks
  • Rump steaks
  • Topside roasts
  • Bolar roasts
  • Silverside – your choice of corned or not
  • Chuck steak
  • Gravy beef
  • Shin on the bone
  • BBQ steak
  • Mince

Additional options (please note all additional options require a minimum of 5 kg of meat for each option and for each flavour of sausage.)

  • Salami – $12.95 each
  • Sausages – plain $6/kg, flavoured $7.50/kg, allergy-friendly $6.50/kg
  • Biersticks – $13.50/kg
  • Saveloys – $6.50/kg
  • Hamburger patties – $6.50/kg
