Our lamb homekill options are designed to make the most of your animals with the most popular cuts of lamb, hogget or mutton and tasty smallgoods made on-site by The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse team.
A butchery processing fee of $35 per sheep applies, plus additional charges for specific cuts as well as the per kilo prices for the selected smallgoods. [See full homekill and game processing price list.]
From the various sections of neck, shoulders, loin and leg, your meat cut choices include:

Our biersticks and hamburger patties are also gluten free, but our saveloys are not.
