All meat packed in portions for two people and frozen. Please contact us for the latest pricing.
Quarter of beef – $POA
Receive quarter of a whole beef, at least 35kg of meat including:
- fillet, scotch, sirloin and rump steak
- blade and chuck steak
- topside roasts
- corned silverside
- Wiener schnitzel
- mince
- 5kg sausages
- dog bones if requested
Half a pig – $POA
Receive at least 25kg of pork including:
- shoulder chops and roasts
- loin chops
- pork belly (sliced or whole)
- leg roasts
Whole lamb – $POA
Receive approx. 17kg of lamb including:
- shoulder and neck chops
- shoulder and neck roasts
- loin chops
- leg roasts
- lamb shanks
