We make our own Christmas hams right here in Wanaka the traditional way. We use premium pork legs sourced from two premium South Island suppliers – the good free-range folk at Havoc Pork, or the free-farming specialists at Apple Tree Farms. Each ham is honey-cured and hung to smoke over manuka chips in our smoker, then slow cooked to keep it perfectly succulent.

Make your Christmas preparation easier and pre-order the other meats you’ll want to feed everyone over the Christmas / New Year period. We can have your whole order, including your ham, ready to pick up on your preferred date.
We’ll be open right through the weekends before Christmas and New Year, and just closed for the statutory holiday days.
