We see some stunning beefies raised on local farms around Central Otago which soon fill the owners’ freezers with prime meat cuts and an abundance of sausages, mince and roasts.
Talk to us about the various options you might like to try with your next homekill beef animal. How about some gourmet cuts like a standing rib roast or scotch cutlets?
Did you know biersticks can be made in the same flavours as salami – classic, pepperoni (aka cracked pepper), garlic and hot!
Look through the beef cuts and manufactured options on the beef cutting form (see buttons below). We’re always here to help you complete the form to ensure you receive the cuts of beef, manufactured goods and pack sizes that are most useful in your household.
PLEASE NOTE: Each option and flavour of manufactured goods that you choose requires a minimum of 5kg of meat.
The beef cutting form shows our current pricing, including GST, for all processing fees,
specific cuts and manufactured goods per kg.
Note re beef processing options
We offer standard and premium processing options for homekill beef. Both include the same choices of beef cuts and smallgoods, however premium option products are vacuum-packed which allows for longer fridge and freezer storage in top condition. Standard option products are securely wrapped in clingfilm.
