Our pork homekill options  are designed to make the most of your animals with the most popular cuts of pork and tasty smallgoods like bacon and ham made on-site by The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse team.

From the various sections of neck, shoulders, belly, loin and leg, your meat cut choices include:

  • Racks
  • Roasts (bone in)
  • Roasts (boned and butterflied)

  • Leg steaks
  • Casserole meat
  • Mince

  • Bacon – middle or streaky $9.00/kg
  • Ham – cured and smoked, option to have raw $30 per leg or cooked $40 per leg
  • Salami – $12.95 each
  • Biersticks – $13.50/kg
  • Sausages – plain $6.50/kg, flavoured $8.00/kg, allergy-friendly $7.50/kg
  • Saveloys – $7.50/kg
  • Hamburger patties – $7.50/kg

Our biersticks and hamburger patties are also gluten free, but our saveloys are not.
