Our lamb homekill options are designed to make the most of your prime animals. Enjoy the most popular cuts of lamb, hogget or mutton and tasty smallgoods made by the award-winning Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse team.
A butchery processing fee of $35 per sheep applies, plus additional charges for specific cuts as well as the per kilo prices for the selected smallgoods. [See full homekill and game processing price list.]
From the various sections of neck, shoulders, loin and leg, your meat cut choices include:
