The majority of our fresh beef cuts and beef products, like sausages and salami are made onsite from locally-farmed beef farmed in Lake Hawea. These grass-fed beef are selected and finished exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse, offering you paddock-to-plate traceability.

At times, selected beef cuts may be sourced from other top quality South Island suppliers.
