The majority of the pork cuts and pork products we sell use fresh pork from premium South Island suppliers. If we can source higher welfare / free-farmed pork, we do. A limited array of products, such as streaky bacon and pork belly, will sometimes use pork imported from Europe due to the demand for these cuts locally. We suggest the best way to cook each pork cut or product on its listing.
