The majority of the fresh pork cuts and pork products like sausages and smoked chorizo that we make onsite are made from fresh pork from Havoc Farm Pork in Otago and other premium South Island suppliers.

Some products, such as streaky bacon and pork belly, may be made from European pork due to the demand for these cuts locally.

We suggest the best way to cook each pork cut or product on its listing.
