A gourmet cut, for sure! One piece of beef ribeye – also called scotch fillet – on the bone. Each rib is approximately 650g, specify how many ribs you want in the quantity field. If you want your on-the-bone ribeye as cutlets, please order beef scotch cutlets.
Most of our beef cuts come from grass-fed and locally-farmed cattle, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime beef animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. You’ll taste the quality.
