Most of our beef cuts come from grass-fed and locally-farmed cattle, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime beef animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. We hang all our beef in carcass form to age it perfectly to make sure you’ll taste the quality.
