We take the bone out of a leg of lamb, making it super easy to cook, slice and serve. Great on the BBQ over a moderate heat or roasted in the oven sprinkled with your favourite herbs or spices.

All our fresh lamb comes from premium, grass-fed, South Island-raised lambs which we purchase in carcass form from a trusted supplier, so we can age the meat for best possible quality and minimum waste.
