These smoked kranskys are unique to The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. Made with Freedom Farms pork and New Zealand grass-fed beef with the generous addition of tasty cheddar cheese, our kranskys include pepper, garlic and wine.

Slow-smoked over manuka chips, our kranskys are an adaptation of the original Slovenian cured sausage and offer a tasty, versatile, ready-cooked sausage. They work for your traditional cooked breakfast, hotdog rolls or in place of regular sausages for a taste sensation.

Prepare your smoked cheese kranskys by pan-frying or baking at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. You can also put into boiling water, turn the heat off and wait 10 minutes until hot through. Already fully cooked, they can also be eaten cold.
