Our classic pure beef sausage is formed into a thin, long chipolata-style sausage in a pork-free casing.

These chipolatas are made fresh on-site by our butchery team from 100% grass-fed New Zealand beef from our preferred South Island suppliers. As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked over or under a moderate heat to help not split the casing. Gluten free.
