Our butchers roll and tie a piece of beef brisket before putting it in a honey cure mix. Corned beef brisket is great in the slow cooker with some bay leaves and cloves.
The majority of our beef comes from grass-fed and locally-farmed cattle, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime beef animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. You’ll taste the quality.
