Our classic plain pork sausage is formed into a thin, long chipolata-style sausage. Our pork sausages are handmade on-site by our butchery team using free-farmed Havoc Farm Pork.

As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
