Fresh salmon fillets, skin on and already pin-boned, from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, one of the best salmon producers in New Zealand. Vacuum packed. Available as 150g fillets. If you want a larger piece of hot smoked salmon, i.e. 300g or 450g as one piece, please note this in the comments when you order.
