This garlic venison salami is made by our butchery team on-site using wild venison from Alpine Deer NZ, one of the country’s leading wild venison suppliers. Prime wild animals are processed to meet all food safety and MPI standards to offer you this premium source of wild venison to enjoy at home.
Each half salami stick weighs approx. 350g.
