We slice thick ham steaks from our boneless, honey-cured, manuka-smoked leg hams. Ham steaks are brilliant for a quick dinner, simply pan fry until lightly browned and serve with pineapple slices. Gluten free. Steaks average 250g each.

We use Freedom Farms pork for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of paddock to plate traceability and higher welfare, 100% New Zealand pork.
