We salt and smoke fresh salmon fillets over manuka chips to create this fine hot smoked salmon, ready for you to eat. We source premium pin-boned salmon from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, one of the best salmon producers in New Zealand. Available in 150g fillets.
If you want a larger piece of hot smoked salmon, i.e. 300g or 450g as one piece, please note this in the comments when you order.
