A classic, prime lamb cut. Our butchers have trimmed lamb racks before cutting them into lamb cutlets to make it super easy for you to cook tender, succulent lamb. Best pan-fried or grilled until cooked to your liking. Approx. 60g per cutlet.

All our fresh lamb comes from premium, grass-fed, South Island-raised lambs which we purchase in carcass form from a trusted supplier, so we can age the meat for best possible quality and minimum waste.
