Lamb leg steaks are great pan-fried, grilled or barbecued before being rested in a warm place for 5-10 minutes. They’re excellent to marinate too. Serve them whole or sliced over your favourite salad. We offer plain or minted options. Steaks average 150g each.

All our fresh lamb comes from premium, grass-fed, South Island-raised lambs which we purchase in carcass form from a trusted supplier, so we can age the meat for best possible quality and minimum waste.
