Our lamb sausages are handmade on-site by our butchery team from 100% grass-fed New Zealand lamb from our local farmers in Hawea or preferred South Island suppliers. We season these chipolata style lamb sausages with a touch of mint for that classic lamb and mint flavouring. Gluten free.

As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
