A classic, prime lamb cut. Our butcher has trimmed the lamb rack to make it super easy for you to cook tender, succulent lamb racks on the bone. Best seared then roasted or barbequed until cooked to your liking. Approx. 350g per rack.

Nearly all our lamb come from grass-fed and locally-farmed lambs, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. You’ll taste the quality.
