A classic, prime lamb cut. Our butchers have trimmed the lamb rack to make it super easy for you to cook tender, succulent lamb racks on the bone. Lamb racks can be pan-seared then roasted or barbequed until cooked to your liking.

All our fresh lamb comes from premium, grass-fed, South Island-raised lambs which we purchase in carcass form from a trusted supplier, so we can age the meat for best possible quality and minimum waste.
