Lamb ribs are fantastic marinated in your favourite flavours then cooked for 15-20 minutes on the BBQ. If cooking in the oven, bake at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes then brush with the remaining marinade every 10 minutes. After 40 minutes, increase the temperature to 220ºC and allow the ribs to caramelize or under the grill.

The majority of our our lamb cuts come from grass-fed and locally-farmed lambs, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. You’ll taste the quality.
