The sweet notes of manuka honey combine with the subtle smokiness of hickory to make a great tasting pork sausage in our manuka honey and hickory pork sausages. We use Freedom Farms pork for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of paddock to plate traceability and higher welfare, 100% New Zealand pork.
As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
12 sausages weigh around 1kg. Please order in batches of 6.
