Our butchery team uses our classic 100% pork sausage mix to create a delicious breakfast sausage – yum! This sausage is gluten free.
We use Freedom Farms pork for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of paddock to plate traceability and higher welfare, 100% New Zealand pork.
