Pork loin chops are reasonably lean and deliciously versatile with your chosen flavours. Each chop is approx. 250g. We source all our pork from Freedom Farms for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of true paddock-to-plate traceability and higher welfare pork.

We like to use the 6+2+2 cooking method recommended by NZ Pork for pork steaks and chops.

Heat the pan to a medium / high temperature and season and oil your pork (which is at room temperature).
Pan-fry 6 minutes on one side.
Flip the steak/chop over and fry for 2 minutes on the other side.
Rest the pork off the heat for at least 2 minutes.
