PORK LOIN CHOPS

Pork loin chops are reasonably lean and deliciously versatile with your chosen flavours. Each chop is approx. 250g.

We like to use the 6+2+2 cooking method recommended by NZ Pork for pork steaks and chops.

Heat the pan to a medium / high temperature and season and oil your pork (which is at room temperature).
Pan-fry 6 minutes on one side.
Flip the steak/chop over and fry for 2 minutes on the other side.
Rest the pork off the heat for at least 2 minutes.
