We bone and roll the lamb shoulder roast for you. Great rubbed in your favourite herbs or spices and cooked slowly on the BBQ. You could cut and retie the lamb so you can fill with your favourite stuffing before roasting slowly.

Nearly all our lamb come from grass-fed and locally-farmed lambs, sourced from Hawea farmers who select and finish prime animals exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse. You’ll taste the quality.
