Our smoked hams are made right here in Wanaka by Jeff, Adam and the team, smoked to perfection over manuka chips to give you truly premium ham. We’ve boned and tied the pork leg, making for a super easy-to-carve ham and a fantastic Christmas and celebration centrepiece. Gluten free.

We use Freedom Farms pork for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of paddock to plate traceability and higher welfare, 100% New Zealand pork.
