Meaty pork hocks are honey-cured, manuka-smoked and cooked to create ham hocks to cook and shred for soups and more. Skin on. Gluten free. Hocks average 800g-1kg each.

We use Freedom Farms pork for all our fresh pork cuts and pork products made on-site, such as bacon, ham, sausages and more, so you can be sure of paddock to plate traceability and higher welfare, 100% New Zealand pork.
