Our beef sausages are handmade on-site by our butchery team from 100% grass-fed New Zealand beef from our preferred South Island suppliers. This option features subtle smoky paprika and garlic flavours. Gluten free.
As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
