These beef sausages are made on-site by our butchery team from 100% grass-fed New Zealand beef from our preferred South Island suppliers. We add subtle sweet chilli and plum flavours to make a tasty and gluten free sausage.
As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
