These gluten free sausages are handmade by us here at the butchery using 100% grass-fed South Island beef and quality ingredients to create a sweet, smoky beef sausage with lovely depth of flavour from chipotle chilli. They’re not hot with plenty of folk who say they don’t eat chilli enjoying these sausages.

As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
