Our beef sausages handmade on-site by our butchery team from 100% grass-fed New Zealand beef from our preferred South Island suppliers. This flavour is sweet and smoky with a little bit of chilli at the end. These sausages are also gluten free.

As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
