These sausages are handmade on-site by our butchery team using New Zealand wild venison from Alpine Deer, one of the country’s leading wild venison suppliers. Prime wild animals are processed to meet all food safety and MPI standards to offer you this premium source of wild venison to enjoy at home.
As with all of our handmade sausages, they’re best cooked using a moderate heat to help not split the casing.
