A whole beef porterhouse is a premium tender cut with a fine grain, ideal for fast cooking as a steak or slow roasting. Porterhouse is also called sirloin.

Nearly all our fresh beef cuts come from grass-fed and locally-farmed beef animals supplied to us by Hawea farmers who select and finish prime beef exclusively for The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse.
